We never mark up any vendor invoice or charge a supervision fee. Our monthly management fee is FULL SERVICE and covers all services associated with managing of an occupied unit. There is never an additional charge for serving any legal notices, emergency inspections, insurance claim navigation, or going to court in the rare event of an eviction.
Renting/Leasing Services
Realty Management Company has an aggressive marketing campaign that includes internet saturation and signage. All vacant properties are listed on over 18 websites, including our own. Signage is also placed on-site that directs any potential tenants to our website. The website contains all the pertinent information necessary for the prospective renter to determine if the property will suit their needs and directions on how to schedule a viewing appointment. There is an online application that makes it convenient for the tenant to apply for the unit of their choice. Marketing campaigns are always at NO COST to the property owner.
Realty Management Company also has an extensive applicant screening process that only accepts the most qualified tenants and significantly reduces future collection problems and the potential for future evictions. Evictions are extremely rare.
